Basic policy against anti-social forces

Japan Bitcoin Industry Co., Ltd. hereby declares the following basic policy to prevent damage caused by anti-social forces — groups or individuals that pursue economic gain through violence, intimidation, or fraudulent means.

1. 1.We will respond to anti-social forces as an organization and protect our employees from harm caused by them.
2. 2.We will maintain close working relationships with external specialists such as the police, anti-organized-crime centers, and attorneys.
3. 3.We will sever all relations with anti-social forces, including business transactions, and reject any improper demands they make.
4. 4.We will take legal action against improper demands by anti-social forces through both civil and criminal channels.
5. 5.We will never engage in secret dealings with, or provide funds to, anti-social forces.
